Q: Are grandparents allowed in Florida Family Court during hearings involving our daughters son ?
The petioner is requesting visitation with his 10 month old son although he has not contributed one dollAR towards the infant child and has threatened our daughter thru social media. We want to support her in court is it allowed we can't get a straight answer from her attorney
