My husband received Green card through employer, and I (his wife) received green card too.If he lose his resident status, does it mean that I will lose mine too or not? Does my GC depend on his or not?
A: No. His loss of residence will not necessarily mean that you will lose yours.
A: His loss of permanent residency status does not mean you will lose yours either unless some fraud in the application is discovered.
