Before the order is in place, it would kick it back to Family Court and pro.ong the process. Does the same apply to her if she files after she is served the paper work for support?
A: I take it that you two are doing all this without attorneys, as this is a backwards approach. You cannot get child support from your spouse without temporary orders from an already filed divorce complaint or through a complaint for separate maintenance. You need to file one or the other first.
