Q: Mom has physical custody in Missouri, not providing care. How to get Temp Emergency Order until custody established

Not providing medical care or medications, cannot provide roof over head, living in one room with both boys and 4 guns in room, planning to remove them from public schools, move them to illinois to live in a tent and home school, refusing visitation, not providing size appropriate clothing. Hot line call has been made, need temp order to go to court to get custody agreement established as no court order currently stands.

A: You should consult an experienced Family Law Attorney, in your area, for help with this problem ASAP, to file a Motion to change custody, grant temporary custody, or in the alternative restrain her from moving.

An alternative, which I don't recommend is to call DHS in the county in which she resides. This however could cause her to run, and really complicates your getting custody, since you live in? Another state. Good luck, your kids need you.
