Q: I need info and advice about getting custody of my baby back from temporary guardian. Oklahoma requirements
Was incarcerated when baby was born, the reason for the temp. Guardianship. Family could not help. So is not with relative. Did not tell the father about baby til after guardianship had been set. Was not notified of other hearings pertaining to this since initial start of guardianship even when I was supposed to be. What should I do?
