Q: My ex wife wants to sui me for 2000 for bills she racked up after we separated is that possible she will win

We arent divorced yet it keeps geting prolonged she has accumilated bills sinvmce i left that she hasnt paid and in court she wants to sue me for 20,00 saying i owe her for credit cards
