Student at his school threatened him that's him and his friends were going to jump Kim. He was released early from school two other students took to his bus home to his bus stop got off the school bus other than the two students that were making the original threats. So the original student had his friends make sure that my son would still be assaulted while he was being withheld by the principal so it was a conspired event.

A: A private citizen cannot prosecute a crime. You must report the crime to police, give the police the proper evidence, and wait to see if the prosecutor pursues charges. There may, however, be a civil claim and the possibility of issuing a restraining order.
