Q: Can you kick out residents for no reason ?

My renters constantly drink at least 3 times a week with their friends. Both sides of the road has ditches so space is limited. Due to lack of parking space their cars are parked on the side of the road and sometimes I can’t turn into or drive out of my drive way. Other neighbors have to drive careful for oncoming traffic because of these parked cars. Muisic is played and more and more of their friends keep showing up. And it goes on until about 11pm sometimes later. At the beginning of their renting no rules were applied because this didn’t happen as much but as it continued I placed rules down. I’m just tired of it and I have a family with a daughter while everyone that shows up including the renters do not have any kids or women present while drinking. So you could say I don’t feel safe with my family being around random men outside and this happens throughout the week

A: This is a landlord-tenant question, not an estate planning question. If there is a written lease, that governs. If there is not, it is a month-to-month lease at will. Give notice. File an eviction notice with the local JP court. If people are disturbing the peace, call the police. And repost under landlord-tenant for expert advice.
