Q: Will i get in trouble for with holding my child and how can i go about this the right way?

So my childs father has visitations of wed. And every other weekend and he never gets her wednesdays and i always work with him because he can never get her on his fridays at 2 sometime he gets her late friday or sat and i usually work with him but ive had many issues... shes came back with lice 5 times and i had to take her to to the hospital to get checked out for showing sexually behavior (shes only 2) everytime she came back from his visitation while he was staying with his mother and now, his girlfriend that he lives with him and i have exchanged horrible words but in the mix she was saying she doesnt want my child there,that she is and accident and talking about she was touched as if confirming it or making it as a joke and although i have always worked with him im now concerned of my daughter being around this women..

Also he has left her alone with her several time with her nd his drug addict mother so i refuse now to send her over there but i just dont want to get in trouble

A: Child custody and parenting time are not matters to take into your own hands. If what you're saying is true, and you've documented them or can otherwise show them to be true, then you may have grounds to file the appropriate motion in court altering or suspending your ex's parenting time. Doing it on your own accord could subject you to contempt proceedings because he could file a motion with the court saying that you are denying him parenting time.

It's best to do things the right way. If you believe your child being with him and around the girlfriend presents a substantial risk of harm, you may be able to get emergency relief through an ex parte order. But with you especially, you need to be prepared with actual evidence of what you are claiming.
