My ex father in law needs to use a walker and falls often yet he is still driving. I fear for my child's safety. Would the court generally be in my favor in this matter

I am assuming you and father are not together and that either divorce or paternity Judgment exists or there are temporary orders. If the case has gone to Judgment then there needs to be a discussion on Modification or reviewing temporary orders due to this circumstance as soon as possible.
