Q: Got a car from a dealership a week ago now they are saying we can't keep it bc not enough income

We traded in two cars for two newer vehicles and they transferred tags and all now we have had them for over a week now and I get a phone call saying we have to bring one off them back bc we don't make enough income can they do that after transferring tags and letting us leave and keep them for over a week

A: Presumably the sale was subject to approval by the finance company, and it didn't approve. So yes, they can probably do that. Ask them to transfer the title and tags back to you for one of the cars you traded.
