Q: My baby dad has anger issues and for the first time he pushed me hard there was two witness & I’m pregnant what can I do

He’s never laid a hand on me ever and finally did and he has very bad anger issue he’s hit my wall I have a whole in it where we use to live and he’s hit my car window with Scarlett and I in it when I tried leaving cuz I was scared he finally shoved me and my daughter was in the car and saw it and was crying and i don’t know what to do and I’m 18 weeks pregnant

A: You should really consult with a family law attorney. That kind of conduct is never appropriate and it may very well be that you need a PFA. Importantly, you need distance from this person. Not knowing all of your circumstances, living arrangements and such, its hard to say from here. But if you are truly afraid of the person and can find a place to live without him a PFA is a good way to draw the line in the sand.
