Q: a mail forwarding company dont wanna ship my packages to me. its been three months

Hi, ive been using a shipping company in texas call USGLOBALMAIL. a few months ago i tried to ship some items to my island "turks and cacios" and i got a message from them saying my account is under investigation & that an account manager will contact me. its been almost three months and i still have not gotten my packages "over $2,000" on items.. they said a guy had made a complain about me stealing from him on ebay which dont make any sense. i had call up this company and he said that he would have them give him all my packages.Can they give him my packages legally? how can i get my items?
