Q: Father in laws lawyer didnt detail his property the county thinks my brother in laws and sister in law have claim

to our personal residence 2 of them signed a quit claim deed the other refuses out of hate for my husband. The property was never in Sr.'s name (who passed 20 years ago) only my husband which is a Jr. None of them are on the deed just in the eyes of the county tax department.
