A: You must probate the will and file the order admitting it to probate or a distribution deed with the county clerk. You may be pleasantly surprised by the relatively low cost and time consumed by a Texas probate. Contact a local probate lawyer.
A: I agree with Ms. Garrett. It is not generally very expensive to file a simple will probate and the right attorney will charge accordingly. I don't suggest you pick the cheapest price though as you want to be sure you are receiving quality before above all else.
