Q: Im waiting for court to fight for joint legal custody of my daughter

mother in 2013 sent me to court for a restraining order she brought pictures of her with bruises on her arm and body saying that i did those while she was pregnant it is all false there is no police reports of me attacking her or of me having any criminal past after the judge gave her the restraining order two weeks later her friend who which i was to pick up my daughter from the time sharing papers given from the judge said she couldn't do this anymore so mother ended up calling me to help her even after what she did and now after years later she gets married reissued the time sharing pappers is there anything i could do to get what im asking for or any help in general?

A: It's very difficult to figure out what you are asking. What I can figure out is that a restraining order was issued against you in 2013, but the child's mother now wants you back in your daughter's life. You might want to rephrase your post.
