Q: Decided to buy car with trade in. 2 days later wanted our trade back, they agreed to redo paperwork, now forcing a buy

we decided to buy a car with a trade in. 2 days later decided we wanted our trade back, they agreed to redo paperwork and give us car back, after reviewing paperwork without trade-in realized that we didn't want to go through with the deal. They gave me my car back, but told me that I had to return and purchase the other car or a car. If the initial deal is voided due to taking the trade-in out of it, doesnt that mean the entire deal is a wash?? So, why should I have to buy anything at this point?

A: Absolutely no way to say for sure without first reviewing all the paperwork (contracts). I suggest that you consult with an attorney in your area asap about this situation.
