Pomona, NY asked in Estate Planning for Florida

Q: Should I pursue a case in probate court in Florida?

My grandfathers will and trust was established in 2011.I was the primary beneficiary which states that I would be financially supported until a certain age.I received the trust balance from the attorney who completed these legal documents with a balance of $0.00. Recently, I contacted the same attorney who completed the trust and will, he reports that the money has been spent on needless litigation. I have no received any financial amount from this trust. Actually, all of my financial responsibilities that my grandfather paid were terminated once he died by the executor of the trust. The executor of the trust also evicted me from my grandfathers property which in the trust, I was allowed to live in.
