Q: Hello, What is the proper venue statue code to file a claim when there are multiple defendants located throughout GA?
Also, would I say "Defendants are subject to the jurisdiction of this Court pursuant to O.C.G.A $ 9-11-26(b)(1) (Discoverability of Statement/Claims files) in the Claimant statement?
