Q: what is the worse scenario if I left before the end of the leasing contract?

I signed a lease for 12 months in student housing and I paid 2 months rent as a deposit.

The place is the worse ever.no cleaning or maintenance I talked to the property manager but no response.

no I wana leave and the contracts states that I'm responsible for the remaining months.I can

not stay on the place anymore

A: You could possibly be sued for 10 month's rent, interest, costs, and attorney fees.

A: You would owe the rent for the remainder of the lease term and if they file suit for eviction attorney fees.
