Quite a few stopped handling Chapter 7's but there still are a bunch doing them. You should Google - "Bankruptcy Attorneys in San Diego" and you will see a lot of them.
A: OMG! There are hundreds of attorneys who limit their law practice to handling only bankruptcy cases. You might want to look for lawyers who are certified specialists by the California Bar Association.
