Q: Im 16.my mother has full custody but her husband and I don’t get along can i choose where to live without going to court
She won’t let me stay with him, see him, she barely lets me speak to him. She’s an amazing mom but believes her husband does no wrong & i feel as if I’m treated less than good when it comes to his kids. They’re great parents but this environment is not for me, i would like to feel welcome when im home. Or is there any way i can be emancipated against her wishes?
