Q: income lowered rent went up, income based been injured on property,paid every month, accepted payment after 10d notice

a manhole in my front yard I have been asking for the landlord to fix for 6 months I fell in the hole 3mths ago twisted and sprained my ankle and knee, I have pictures of the manhole, my injuries n neighbors statements.I have called talked to landlord and maintenance men to get it fixed about 15 times I have emailed them,recorded video of me calling them before and after and still calling with no response.When it rains my front wall and door leak into my house almost reaching my electrical outlet, soaking half way into my living room I have proof pictures and videos of this the landlord has been told about this since I moved in late Feb. Early March nothing has been done, my kitchen sink non stop drips and hasn't been fixed. The place I live is supposed to b income based but when I changed employment my rent never revised paying more than can afford have told office n landlord they made agreements for me to pay over 1000/month to get caught up can i win my eviction and not hve to move
