Q: I was pulled over and I asked why he stated earlier the car I was driving blew a stop sign but it was not me.

The cop was not behind me we were going opposite directions and he pulled beside me and rolled his widow down and told me to pull over when I asked why he was pulling me over he stated earlier in the day he had seen the car blow a stop sign but I conveyed that is was not me upon running my license we found out my licence was suspended and he towed the car was that a legal stop?

A: Sounds like it. Whether he should have towed the car is different, but you need to make arrangements to get it out of impoound ASAP: as they charge big rates --worse than parking in Philly! Talk to an attorney who handles citations in that county as you have a lot of things to unwind to keep on the road.
