Q: Ticket says failure to stay in lane- accident. Do I need to get a lawyer?

Got in an accident went off the road hit a pole no property damage pole was fine. Responding officer gave me a ticket for failure to stay in lane-accident. Do I need a lawyer or just go to the court date estimated cost for ticket?
