Q: My ex husband was charged with DB3 a year ago.4 days ago he done it to me again.Can I still charge him?
Well are divorced. I had a 90 day restraining order on him. After it was over he said he'd changed and like to try again so we did.Well 4 days ago,we were being intimate and he put in a position to where I couldn't breathe. I kept saying "Stop.I can't breathe " but then he grabbed my leg and said "Let me finish first".He left a bruise on my leg from where he grabbed me.

You need to contact the Prosecutor in your area. A city attorney or the prosecutor in the circuit court will help you. You should also make a police report right away. Be sure and take lots of pictures.
Abuse always gets worse. Got some help from your family and friends. Be honest with them about it and let them help you get away from the abuse. I have been in the law business for 32 years as a cop, probation officer, lawyer, prosecutor, etc. If you can't get away, he will continue to hurt you. He may even kill you.
