Q: 17 yr old got a speeding ticket that was dismissed now got ticket for failure to control will he lose his license
The speeding ticket 12/3 that was dismissed after he took a safety driving course. The speeding ticket was when he was 16 he turned 17 12/4 but it was less than 30 days ago. He was in an accident 12/31only involving his vehicle he slid off the road into a ditch and was cited for failure to control. Will he lose his license? Is there anything we can Do to help prevent him from losing his license?
