I was in CT and got a ticket for possession of Drug Paraphernalia, will this ticket affect my chances of getting a green card and/or renewing my student visa.
A: You better believe it could affect your immigration status. You are going to want to go and see a lawyer with experience in criminal immigration as soon as you can, and certainly before your court date.
