A: You may have to speak with the court coordinator to know for sure but it looks as though the Judge has indicated a Motion need to be filed. It could be a motion to forfeit bond if you posted one. You bail bonds man would know if that"s the case.

A: The Court has simply asked the lawyers to file a motion concerning some issue. This can include anything from an issue involving the legality of a search or confession to directing the State to challenge a defendant's bond or a defendant's performance on probation.
