Q: truck driver on wrong side of road turns and hits granddaughter car says she is 50% at fault
Granddaughter going west on a two lane road she was in back of a truck, truck goes on the wrong side of the road (east bound traffic) turns into my granddaughters car hitting her front driver fender mirror bumper and hood $6,000 damage and his insurance claims only 50% we have witnesses that saw the accident. He gave no indication that he was turning. She has insurance but just liability What to do?

Short answer--this is why not to give statements. Insurance companies look for reasons to duck paying--they don't look for reasons to pay you.
