Las Vegas, NV asked in Landlord - Tenant for Nevada

Q: Does the landlord have legal right to request an apartment back without a valid reason? (IE: didn't violate lease)

I have been a tenant here at Loma Vista Apartment for over 3 years. Our lease isn't up until Feb 28th, 2018. During the past year my personal property has been damaged with no action to repair due to their contractors. We had appliances such as the dishwasher, oven and dryer in the apartment break down which has taken them 7-10 days to repair and/or replace. Despite all of this happening, I still paid rent every month. On Dec 27th, 2017 - I had received a 30-day No Clause eviction notice with no reasoning to why. When I went to the office to ask them what the reasoning was for this notice, they could not come back with an answer at all. They told that the notice did not have this letter attached which stated that they were still giving me a 30-day No Clause notice however I could not vacate the unit until my lease was up. I had spoken online during a live chat with an attorney who stated to write out a letter that was detailed and to include codes that they have violated.
