Chicago, IL asked in Traffic Tickets for Missouri

Q: How to beat a driving on revoked traffic summons

So on Nov. 2nd I was arrested for misdemeanor dwi and 3 separate felonies. I refused to blow for the bac. Then about on Nov. 20th I was pulled over for switched tags(i was ticketed on the offense) then I was arrested and booked for driving while revoked I know have court Jan 10th for the driving on revoked and have not plead to any of the charges on Nov. 2nd. Is there a legitimate defense I could take to get this ticket dismissed or dropped to lesser charge. I've been reading on the right to travel and pplvsbattle and a few other things in blacks law dictionary. Also I didn't have a license for them to revoke in the first place any help is greatly appreciated.

A: As soon as possible, you need to hire a very experienced criminal defense attorney who specializes in DUI and traffic law.
