New York, NY asked in Immigration Law for New York

Q: is O1 possible for architecture+animation degree, published thesis, worked in US arch firms, freelanced luxury house?

My wife and I are Indian citizen living currently living in USA. I am on H1B visa and she works on H4 EAD as of now. My wife has bachelor in architecture from one of the best architecture school in india, worked in switzerland, canada, singapore and USA. Has post graduation from canada in animation degree. Her undergrad thesis is thorough and well received by her university. It was also referenced by another student from the same university later for extension of research. She has few awards and recognition from universities and good recommendations from all of her employers and freelancing clients. She currently does freelancing and has nearly finished one multi-million house in Texas from start to finish including interiors. She is getting other works too. Is it possible for her to get O1 visa? We were wondering to go that route if that helps us get Greencard faster.

A: She might very possibly be eligible of O-1 based on this record, and I would be glad to take a look at her resume and discuss it further with you if you would like to contact me by email at algaselex@gmail.com or by phone at (212) 724-5643.
