Q: 2 years ago I was in a domestic violence relationship. I didn't press charges against him because he will threatened me.
I have witness seeing him hit me,also we were in an elevator that has camera and he smacked me. There are pictures of my face brused because he beat me so bad that I have to go to the hospital. Can I still press charges now? And he has priors to a dv case.
