Jasper, AL asked in Child Custody, Child Support and Family Law for Alabama

Q: can My ex take the kids to the house he staying at if it’s his girlfriends moms home we are not divorced yet .

My husband left back in April 2017 we have been married for 7 years and lived together total 12 we lived in Alabama where I still live with our 2 boys and my ex and his girlfriend moved to Georgia to her moms house and have been living there with her mom and moms girlfriend. We recently went to court and the temp order said no overnight visits with someone who is not related by blood or marriage or any significant other. Even though he is living there and has been for 6 months will he be going against the orders if he stays over night there with the kids . Or will he need to stay at his moms house.
