Q: What Can i do if I got kissed and touched on my private part by a nurse man when I had a fractured nose it happen 2014?

So i was hit on the face aug 2014 and I went to a hospital the nurse which I remember his name and who he is helped me and instantly there was contact of trying to kiss and trying to touch my private parts while i had a mild concussions and i could not do anything because i recently got hit but i can not let this go because it is a harrasment and i did not do anything there because i was weary because of my injuries . I know who he is and The way it goes is that I checked in he closes the doors and start flirting and trying to kiss me and touch me , i guess he saw that i was young no money and no power but he kissed me and touched my private the nurse before the surgery and gave me money after and now i want to do something about it!

A: If you were an adult, the statute of limitations has expired. If you were a minor (under 18), you still have a possible claim. Make a report to the police, regardless. I am not sure of the statute of limitations on criminal cases of this sort. You will probably face some questions since these events happened 3 1/2 years ago. It would have been better if there were some corroborating complaint - to someone - at or near the time of the event.
