Q: husband was charged in CA w Attempt to bodily harm spouse (Me) I was subpoena by DA, My statement was in my husbands
Favor as he did not even touch me, His family called 911 and said so many lies about a situation that didn’t happen (they dislike me) I didn’t speak to a judge just the DA & cleared my husbands name as best I could yet at a later date he was charged w 7 yrs 4months in which 16 of those months were for vandalism on patrol car. Question is will I be able to get approved to visit him as we were just 1wk old newlyweds?
