Warren, MI asked in Child Custody and Federal Crimes for Ohio

Q: What should be my first move with my child support/custody cases? Possible lawsuit?

I have 3 children. One I wish to have full custody of. The other id like long distance visitation. The third child I’ve never met. Now, my oldest is in temporary custody with my parents. The first order is my youngest son. Which, the support amount went from 182$ plus cash medical to 387$+cash medical or 525$ when it’s procided for. There was no change in income. They based my income off of my w-2. Less than two weeks later when my oldest was placed in temporary custody (only reason was I was working on average pay stubs show 80-85 hours per week.) They based the oldest off of 15$ per hour. Base was 8.57$. The oldest child was based off of 8.57$ less than 2 weeks later. The youngest was calculated off 11$ an hour. I couldn’t make enough at a 40 hour a week job. No skill set nor education. My total support is equivalent to someone making about $90,000 salary. (8k in arrears due to 15k annual payments.) 3 different mother’s. All based 25-35,000$ income. I only make 37,440$ per year.
