Q: How do I stop paying child support, I now have my girls fulltime (Since early October 2017)
My two high school age daughters were kicked out of their moms early October, she said they were dead to her. The court papers say we have them split custody, but they have been with me fulltime since October and plan to never be with their mom again. I asked in an email for the mom to sign a paper stopping child support, as expected she has not replied. I do not wish to get any money from her, but perhaps I should ask for child support from her and put it in a fund for the girls to split. How do I legally stop paying her child support. Thanks, Ron.
