Asked in Traffic Tickets for North Carolina

Q: how hard is getting a ticket of 15 over dismissed or reduced to lessen the severity with Base Traffic authority?

this is my first ticket ive ever gotten off base that actually cost me more than just driving points from the system they have on base, and I wasn't aware that even if I pay my fine and call it good with the civilian authorities that base would hit me with a second punishment based on my conviction... my fellow marines told me that it could be disputed and either dismissed or at the very least lessen to were Id have to take a driving course. I can't afford to lose my base driving privileges cause that would cause immense stress on my wife and two small children since I have to be at work at 5 am everyday and I reside on Camp Lejeune while I work on MCAS New River meaning I cant ever drive most of the way to work and walk the rest during the suspension period.
