A: As a legal adult who has not been declared legally incapacitated you can live where-ever you want.

Assuming you can financially manage that living situation. AND assuming it is OK with your probation order.

Without seeing the probation orders it is impossible to say for sure, as often the Probation will

include limitations on where you can live, how you can move etc.

What does your probation require? That you live with your parents during the term of Probation? Then you

can't move. That you stay away from the boyfriend? Then you can't move in with him. That you don't live

within x feet of a school? If he lives next door to a school then you can't move there. You need to stay within

the county/city and he lives outside? You can't move in with him.

If you don't understand your obligations, then you need legal guidance, and don't get 'stuck' on the fact you're an adult. All that means is you now have actual legal responsibilities that you need to comply with, and you can't rely on the 'but I'm just a kid' excuse any more.
