Q: what are the itemize list that landlord can deduct for from my deposit
my deposit was 950 she is keeping 300 for blinds , that was old when I moved in and she said for painting where I had pictures nailed , and air filter which I had to put a new one in the one that I moved in that she currently manages . I was told unless I damage the property or didn't clean it which I had no damage and I clean before I exit the property she could only hold 200 but it was no need to hold any of it cause I didn't have anything beside the air filter was not changed .please advise
