Q: I was using my moms car for work the car was parked and someone hit back end car is totaled her insurance was canceled
back in October and she says her husband put insurance on it 2 days before the accident now she wont give us the right information and I'm out of work cause I don't have a car what do I do next?
A: Get another car.
A: Mom can go after car that hit her for the value of her . You don't have any say in this situation.
