PREMISES HAS A HIGH AND LONG HISTORY OF ASSAULTS FROM PERSONS INSIDE AND IN FRONT OF BUSINESS

PREVIOUS SECURITY HAD PREVENTED THIS WITH MONITORING PREMISES FOR ITEMS LEFT PROHIBITING PERSONS BEHAVIOR AND ACTIONS OF CONFLICTS SECURITY REMOVED PROHIBITED AND INTERCEED4ED

PERSON WAS ALLOWED TO REMAIN AFTER SEVERAL INCIDENTS OF ASSAULT INCLUDING INTENTIONALLY RUNNING OVER A WOMAN WITH CAR LACK OF SECURITY ALLOWED PERSONS ACTIONS AND BEHAVIOR THAT DID NOT OCCUR WITH THE PREVIOUS PRESENCE OF SECURITY

ALL CLOSE BY 24 HR BUSINESSES HAVE A SECURITY SERVICE THAT PREVENTS ASSAULT WHICH ARE PREVILANT IN AREA TILL SECURITY IS PRESENT

POLICE TRY TO MONITOR THE AREA AND RELIES ON THE SECURITY TO KEEP[ PERSONS FROM AREA AND WILL PROMPTLY REMOVE REPORTED PERSONS BUSINESS DID NOT ASSIST ME WHEN I WAS DOWN LOSING BLOOD FROM SEVERED ARTERY DID NOT EVEN SE E IF I WAS OK AND INSTEAD TRIED TO MOP UP BLOOD TO CONCEAL THE AMOUNT OF TIME THE LACK OF ASST THE BUSINESS HAD Ample time and opportunity

A: You can hold a business liable for the criminal conduct of third parties if the business had actual knowledge of prior similar criminal conduct and failed to take reasonable steps to protect patrons from such conduct in the future. These are hard cases and very fact dependent. Take your police report, medical records, photos, etc. and make an appointment with a PI attorney to discuss in detail.
