I am signing the final settlement am I still allowed to contact a lawyer and sue for pain and suffering if I accept the total loss check from the adjuster of the insurance from the insurance company of the gentlemen that hit me. My medical I know goes to my insurance the hospital, Dr, physical therapy bills.
