Q: I put a car in my name and insurance for someone else. She now has no license and owes me money.
I am afraid she will drive the and get in an accident and they can sue me and my house. Can I get the car if I gave it to her even though she never paid me back for the insurance she promised.
A: A lot here. If it's your car, then get it back. Report it as stolen. You want to make sure there is insurance on the vehicle--at some point in your name. As lkong as insurance that will protect you if she gets in a wreck.
