Q: Good evening,I am looking for a Disability Discrimination attorney. This is not employment related.
Almost died, 2 months in hospital, 4 years to recover.
Hoa president harassed, stole money from me, false police report, etc.
Made my illness come back...had to go back on meds, etc. Dr. Told me to sue. Mother hired hoa attorney. This is her condo. We smoked him out. He is no longer on the board and has stolen 840,000.
Illicit me in his reign of terror. Excellent documentation. 62 residents
All witnessed. Defaming and slandering me and my family to neighbors not on property. I had a nervous breakdown. Mother had to move in and take care of me.
I am a publishe Artist, can work, agoraphobic, attorney said l have HOA
PTSD ... l have had to remain on Disability an extra 4 years..
As he delighted in terrorizing me.
Pre existing Anxiety, there is much more.
The condo is a landmark, and has excellent insurance...
I would also like to go after him personally..if possible
Now the board cannot be nicer to me. I am not the same person...

First, ask Justia to take your name down--you will end up otherwise with many solicitations (and if the HOA has an attorney it would be simple to look up your post).
Getting to your question you mentioned "attorney says....." which sounds like you have an attorney.
As to the HOA administrator being a jerk, it is hard to find a contract law construct that would somehow sanction them for being jerks. The law of intentional infliction of emotional distress is very, very narrowly construed to the point I wouldn'r recommend anyone pursue that if that is their only claim.
Some sort of bad faith in their duty to HOA members might be apt. Suggest you contact a member of the Fla. Justice Assn who handles employment cases if it's employment, ERISA if it's disability pension.
