Q: The mother of my two kids , is keeping them away from me. I cant call & check up on them or even call to take them.

She tells me i can only take my son because he can talk but i cant take my daughter. Everytime i get a girlfriend she keeps my kids away from me. I just want too spend time with my kids , that’s all. Now she calling me a deadbeat and telling me she putting me on child support, i dont mind , but i still want my kids and she wont let that happen even if i pay it. I need help , i dont know what to do?

A: You need to file with the court to establish custody and visitation. This will get the matter in front of a judge to determine what your custody and visitation rights are. If she refuses to comply with the judgment, you can have her held in contempt and punished (fines and imprisonment, etc.). Child support can be set at the same time.
