Q: can I be forced to get renters ins?
I live in an apartment that's privately owned I pay rent to a management company The other management company that I do not pay has an association. The association is forcing me to get renters ins to cover my belongings in my apartment in order to get a parking pass. My lease says that renters ins is not required I pointed that out and was told fine your car will be towed
