Asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Georgia

Q: My x-son in law has been the real parent the last 10 mons. How can he get their primary parent? My daughter isn't fit.

She is homeless with no money. She hasn't be there pshy. yes no in very ways. The house was always DIRTY, the kids weren't fed well at times in need of a bath. She's been without a home for 6 months. She does drink not sure about pills. When she's well she's great. I don't like the thought of either 1 of them raising those2 angles. He says he's married she says no. He's very prejudice had statues of evil things he's a atheist to the full extant. His "girl" is a manager of adult occult book store. But he's the best choice now. I've in their lives since birth. He's only saw them once a month until now. He has to take them to a hotel everytime the owner of the house they pay rent to comes home which is about 7days a month. The kids don't have a room they sleep in the living room with him. They now live in Ga. with him and i don't get to them hardly ever. We do talk their dad &I. Hopefully i will get to see them soon. Is there a way i can make sure neither one of them deny me seeing them

A: Your ex son-in-law needs to contact an attorney. If you are willing to be a witness for his case, he has a great chance of success!

A: You need to contact an attorney about asserting grandparent visitation rights if your concern is seeing them. It sounds like your ex son in law probably has a leg up, but don't count on him helping you just because you help him.
